I arrived in Durango to attend Fort Lewis College in 1975, graduating in 1981. I worked as a river boatman, ski instructor and a Panhandler Pie waitress during my college years. (Perfecting my customer service skills.) I became the Area Manager and local Jazzercise franchisee for 10 years until I retired from my fitness career to become a realtor.
I earned my Real Estate license in 1986 and have been selling “Lots” of real estate full time for the past 15 years. I am a CRS, Certified Residential Specialist. Of course in a small town, we have the opportunity to sell all types of real estate. I have been in the top 5% of realtors in our area throughout my career and have won the Platinum Club award for both 2012 and 2013 and received the RE/MAX Hall of Fame Award in 2015.
I have experienced many stages of life in Durango, from college, to raising my children, and now as an empty nest. I have much to offer people in all phases of their lives in finding the right properties to match their lifestyle.
